The Baltic is situated on the Quayside in Gateshead, a 10-15 minute walk from Gateshead Town Centre, or a 15-20 min walk from Newcastle City Centre for Newcastle Central Station (train station). The Baltic is accessible for pedestrians from the Newcastle Quayside over the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.

Please note:
The Tyne Bridge is undergoing a restoration process which involves reducing its standard four lanes of traffic, to just two lanes. One northbound and one southbound.
